Looks To Spook: Wicked Dolls!

Dolls are prettiest icons in the world. They’re very polished and perfect. However, I like mixing things up. The cobweb and the spider made it more interesting, don’t you think so?

Dolls have flawless faces. (Well actually, flawless EVERYTHING!) Clearly we’re just human so we’ll need some help with the foundation department. Erase all imperfections on your face.

Again, conceal all imperfections for a very plastic look. This concealer made the job easier for me since it’s very concentrated. You’ll need to blend longer but it really works well. It covered all my broken veins in just one application. Usually, I’d apply two coats with other concealers.

If you’re going to a party or just go trick or treating, you have to seal your make up well. So apply some powder on your face. Also, this will help you create the perfect canvas.

Thicken your eyebrows but follow their natural shape.

Reese’s Look:

With a purple and black eyeshadow, follow this guide.

Blend Well!

For the cobweb, you can use a photo from the internet for reference. The key here is to not make it too neat. Be spontaneous and have fun with it!

Randomly stick rhinestones into the edges of the cobweb. This will add glam to the entire make up look.

Since I wanted to make Reese’s lips thicker, I used this cupid’s bow set. At first, I didn’t have high hopes for this but then… I stand corrected. It made a big big difference on her lips! Especially in pictures. So I recommend this for photoshoots, class pictures and other pictorials.

Apply a purple lipstick!

For my look:

With a black and red eyeshadow, use this as your guide:

Blend well!

Again, using a photo from the internet as your guide, draw a spider just underneath your eyes. It doesn’t matter if you don’t get to copy the exact shape because we’re gonna outline the spider with rhinestones later on.

image

Apply these to the outline of your spider and on the middle, create a curved line. Also apply these to every edge of the spider’s feet.

Apply a red lipstick! This lipstick, sent by The VIII Shop, is my favorite.  Click here for the review!

Now for both looks:

Apply eyeliner on your waterline. Make it thick and smudge it after. This will give a shadow rather than a solid line. Making it more realistic. Also, doing this trick will prevent any eyeliner melt downs.

Using a dark foundation will create a more 3D effect when you’re contouring.

This foundation is like magic. At first when you apply it, it’s cream so it’s much easier to apply. Then afterwards it changes to a powder texture for that matte finish. Plus it’s waterproof!

And you’re done! You are now ready for Halloween :D
